Mandisa Nkosi is currently a Technical Project assistant at the United Nations Industrial Development Organization, which has a mandate to promote inclusive and sustainable industrial development. UNIDO is implementing The Low Carbon Transport Project in South Africa, the Project supports national government and municipalities with the intent and/or plans to transition to electronic mobility by aligning itself with each entity's vision for incorporating cleaner mobility technologies to their energy and transport mix to build smarter cities.
Mandisa is a Tshwane University of Technology alumna, she holds a National Diploma in Logistics Management majoring in Logistics, Purchasing and Business management. Having been exposed to green transport, she’s looking into engaging herself more into the electric transport industry.
She believes that within a few years to come she will give an enormous contribution within the logistics industry specializing in Green Logistics. Considering the fact that electric transportation is the future she wishes to see more logistics companies integrate electric transportation into their delivery fleet operations.
